Trommel Screen is mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover, inlet and outlet, which is widely used for screening various materials, such as poor quality coal, coal slurry, bituminous coal and other materials. It screens according to the particle size of the material, with high screening precision. The cylinder of tumbler sieve is generally divided into several sections, depending on the specific situation, the sieve holes are arranged from small to large, and the aperture of the sieve holes on each section is the same.
When the material enters into the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned and rolled, so that the qualified material (screened product) is discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the back end of the drum, and the unqualified material (screened product) is discharged through the discharge outlet at the end of the drum. Due to the turning and rolling of the materials in the drum, the materials stuck in the sieve holes can be ejected to prevent the sieve holes from being blocked. Drum sand screen machine, drum stone washing machine and drum screen principle structure is almost the same, is people's understanding of it and called the difference.
